"Our agency consulted with Leanne Tigert on 'Difficult Conversations', and are employing the practices we learned from her. A recent staff meeting could have ended contentiously, but we worked through the conflict. Thanks to Leanne's teaching, staff emerged feeling the possibilities that come of the process she promotes".
